«Green light» prior to control scheme

In order to successfully complete customs procedures for the goods imported commercial and shipping documentation must meet appropriate requirements according to law of Russian Federation and Customs Union and contain authentic information about the goods shipped. To achieve this goal we use a «Green Light» scheme, aimed at elimination of any possible errors in documents, what leads to successful customs clearance. Prior to departure specialists of the Russian TAF thoroughly examine the specification of the goods imported, trade contract, give advices regarding preparation of shipping and commercial documents, provide support in conducting certification and confirmation of goods’ safety in accordance with the Russian Federation legislation, provide support in receiving independent expert assessment of customs and commercial value of goods in the Russian Federation.

For further consolidation of cargo, and also in case of need, the goods can be delivered from the warehouse of the shipper to the transit terminal of the european division TAF, where is checking the supporting documents, furnished by the shipper, the control of labelling and packaging of goods.

In case, if the cargo goes from the warehouse of the consignor directly going to the place of destination it`s possible also to organize control of shipment with the departure of TAF`s employees directly to the warehouse of the shipper. After the realization of the full control of the Russian branch of TAF gives «green light» for cargo dispatch.

Importation into the authorized capital

Specialists of the Russian TAF have big experience in support for projects in the capital increase of the Russian companies through non-monetary foreign investments called «Technical Aid». The Technical Aid projects are complex and relate not only to preparation of appropriate license documents (including receiving the Classification Decision of the Federal Customs Service if required) but also examination of corporate documents, checking the terms of the contract, and arrangements related to conditions of providing customs preferences. Classification Decision of the Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation.

Classification Decision, issued by the Federal Customs Service (FCS) - is a decision about assignment of a single code of wares according to the nomenclature of international economic operations to the complex of technological equipment that is going to be shipped in disassembled condition

in various periods of time and in various shipments.

The receipt of such a Classification Decision can significantly simplify and speed up the process of customs clearance. Complex analysis of the trade contract and working out an optimal shipping scheme and customs clearance of the goods shipped in accordance with the legislation requirements both in Russia, Customs Union and in exporting country;
Preparing a specification of the goods shipped including separate components and preparing the documents required for FCS classification decision;
Sender`s (and his sub-suppliers) shipping documents analysis, preparing on their basis the shipping and transportation documents in accordance with the requirements of a trade contract and the Russian Federation and Customs Union legislation regarding the equipment imported in accordance with classification decision of FCS;

Temporary export/import

In many cases if the equipment is imported in disassembled condition a need for additional equipment for mounting/ unmounting or any other purposes appears. In this case this equipment could be imported on the terms of temporary admission. This customs regime implies that the goods will be used on the Russian Federation territory for a fixed period of time in accordance with Russian Federation legislation.
